Danielle Samalin

CEO

Danielle Samalin is the CEO of Framework Homeownership (Keep’s parent company). For more than a decade, Danielle has championed innovative, scalable systems that provide consistent quality and efficiency for homebuyers and owners throughout the changing housing market. Danielle was named one of HousingWire’s 2014 Influential Women in Housing. She served on Fannie Mae’s Affordable Housing Advisory Council from 2016-2017, was co-chair of the National Industry Standards Advisory Committee, and co-created the Coalition of HUD Housing Counseling Intermediaries.

Erika Wennerstrom

Chief Financial Officer

Erika Wennerstrom is the Chief Technology Officer at Framework Homeownership (Keep’s parent company). She comes to Framework from JazzHR, an HR technology company. There, as CFO, she oversaw the finance function as well as the operations function. Prior to joining JazzHR, she spent 3 1/2 years as Vice President of Finance and Operations at Ellevation Education, a venture-funded mission-based technology company in the education sector. Erika has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in English Literature from Wellesley College.

Leigh Heyman

Chief Technology Officer

Leigh Heyman is the Chief Technology Officer at Framework Homeownership (Keep’s parent company). Leigh is a former Obama Administration Technology Director and Senior Policy Advisor, where he was responsible for the development and operations of all of the White House’s technology supporting the President’s digital engagement, and helped implement key provisions of President Obama’s technology agenda.Prior to the White House, Leigh was one of the first employees of Blue State Digital. Leigh holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA from Sarah Lawrence College

Lisa Schneider

Chief Growth Officer

Lisa Schneider is the Chief Growth Officer at Framework Homeownership (Keep’s parent company). Schneider joined Framework following a career as Chief Digital Officer at Merriam-Webster, where she transformed the dictionary into a modern-day, multi-platform resource. Under her entrepreneurial leadership, Merriam-Webster expanded its audience, extended to new platforms, and won numerous awards. She also drove bold transformations in previous executive roles in digital strategy at Penton, Budget Travel, Reader’s Digest, and Bridal Guide. Schneider holds a BA in English and American Literature from Brandeis University.
